All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or allow cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Issues: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during fulfillment or shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our customer service team for authorization within 3 days of the package being marked as delivered.

Reporting Deadlines
All issues must be reported within 3Â days of delivery:

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Resolution Process
Upon receipt of the returned product (if required), we will inspect the item and notify you via email within 2–3 business days regarding eligibility for a replacement.

If approved, a replacement item will be sent, subject to inventory availability.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
