  • During high-volume sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🚚 Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • We ship all orders via USPS (or carrier of our choice).

  • Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Baha Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

  • Baha Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.

  • Baha Beauty is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
